Harriet Riley is a People and Culture Consultant who partners with leaders and organisations to build strong, compliant, and high-performing workplaces. She is known for her integrity, initiative, and ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and teams across a range of industries.
Harriet takes a pragmatic and commercially grounded approach to people challenges, focusing on practical solutions that work in real organisations. She is particularly skilled at navigating complex and sensitive conversations, communicating clearly and empathetically, and helping leaders understand how decisions and messages will land with their people.
Harriet holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management and is a licensed workplace investigator. She undertakes independent workplace investigations and has completed mediation training with AMINZ, supporting organisations to resolve workplace disputes and strengthen their employment frameworks.
Based in Ōtautahi Christchurch, Harriet works with employers across Aotearoa on people strategy, employment relations, organisational growth, and change.
Outside of consulting, Harriet co-founded and runs Forewinds, a women’s golf apparel business
