Morgan (Te Aitanga ā Mahaki) combines a passion for people with a diverse professional background that gives her a unique perspective on the challenges organisations face. Her experiences have fostered a deep appreciation for the importance of effective resource management, communication, and strong people practices in creating successful organisations.

Today, she advises clients across a broad range of HR and employment matters, including employment relations, organisational change and policy development. She enjoys helping organisations find practical solutions to complex people issues and supporting leaders to build productive, engaged workplaces.

Prior to joining Hive, Morgan worked in the arts and culture sector, where she gained valuable insight into the needs of purpose-driven organisations and the people who make them thrive. In 2024 she pursued and was awarded a Professional Accreditation with HRNZ. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws at Victoria University of Wellington, reflecting her ongoing commitment to deepening her expertise in employment law.
